First visit to this dealership. Usually we go to a different dealership that's closer to home. Ron Hodgson got me in and helped me out when the regular dealership turned me away. Even though it's alot farther away, probably be calling Ron Hodgson first going forward.

I had an auto window issue after someone tried to break into my car and they got me back on the road faster than I expected. I purchased a new SUV in December 2023 and it needed its first oil change. I walked into the service department and said I’d like to wait for the oil change to be completed. I was told all mechanics were currently busy working on other vehicles and it would be a 60-90 minute wait. I was delighted when it was ready in under 60 minutes. Great friendly service!

Dropped my wifes gmc terrain off with jordan. Very friendly, quick and easy process. Unfortunately they were able to find the noise we were hearing, I dont fault them for it, sometimes i hard to diagnose issues like that. Jordan called and let me know the suv was ready to go at a reasonable time and pick up was a breeze.

This was my first service experience with the dealership. My Chevy Camaro only has 72,000 kms so I know it just needed a couple of minor service fluids completed.
