The 2023 Enclave has made its debut. This addition is Buick’s admission to the super-competitive mid-size SUV scene. Coupled with a stunning style and practical packaging, the Enclave offers a silent cabin, perfect for relaxing excursions. While the upper trims offer the luxury you expect from a contemporary SUV, the Essence entry-level is still a wise purchase. It boasts many features and is well-equipped for the needs of the modern family. These features include:

Motor, Performance, and Transmission

Beneath the hood of each Enclave is a 3.6-litre V-6 generating 310 horsepower. It energizes the front or all four wheels through an indiscernible nine-speed automatic transmission. On our examination track, our laden Avenir test car hit 96 km/hr in 6.5 seconds. The Enclave is speedy enough to ensure no apprehension when converging onto the roadway, and the motor operates unnoticeably while leaving the passenger cabin calm. 

Additionally, the Enclave offers a lavish ride that soars over pockmarked pavement and hardly registers severe impacts. And the steering delivers the proper responsiveness for a crossover, with precise control and average exertion. Finally, if you need or want towing power, the Buick can haul as much as 5000 lbs when sufficiently equipped.

Interior, Cargo, and Comfort

The Enclave offers a commodious interior. Its cabin is brimming with many of the conveniences you need for an enjoyable driving experience. In all respects, the inside is appealing and pragmatic. If cargo room is a big concern, the Enclave is the ideal option, as it provides the most cubic feet of space in each of its designs. 

In our assessments, it devoured 38 carry-on packages with all the seats folded. Moreover, it offered space for an impressive five carry-ons behind its third row seats.

Infotainment and Connectedness

Situated into the dash between two slanted air vents sits the Enclave’s standard 8.0-inch infotainment system. User-friendly and offered in a beautiful layout with sleek graphics, the Enclave’s interface offers many features:

• Optional navigation with live traffic and weather updates
• Wireless smartphone charging pad 
• Two USB ports for each of the three rows 

Safety and Driver-Assistance Attributes

The Enclave offers numerous standard driver-assistance technologies. Many of these are supplied to the base models. However, if you want to upgrade, you must go for a superior trim or opt for an options bundle.

Buick provides the most powertrain-warranty coverage amongst its main competitors. Additionally, it improves the offer with a free maintenance visit valid for the first year of ownership.
